hi
i am try to make call from UM at ns1000 ver9 to cellular
i didnt want to use cs1 so i change to cs2 and block international calls at cs2 and move UM extetions to cs2
i enabled at class of service at um transfer to out. (at um and ns also)
but when i try to call and press the digit that need to transfer out to cellular, the cellular ring and after answer it disconnect.

i try also by transfer out from UM and also with virtual extention with forward from um but also not work. (when i call internal call to the virtual extention the forward work good)

anyone know that issue?

Possibly you have Calling Party Control Signal Detection (CPC) enabled and it is being triggered or falsed when the cell phone answers. You may want to disable it and see if the problem still occurs. There are some other parameters that interface with CPC that maybe at issue. I'd suggest you utilize the "Find" command and search for "calling party control" . This will step you through all references to that term within the manual.

find command? where is that?
how do i do that?

I don't have any NS1000s in service. So I can't send you a screen shot of the online console page. I'm assuming you have a pdf copy of the manuals. Open the Feature Manual and utilize the "Find" command from the Edit drop down menu and search for "CPC" or "Calling Party Control". If you don't have the manuals, see this link for where you can download them from: Panasonic Manual Download Discussion

The PRI protocol does not support the CPC feature.
