hi, is possible trough the ip office or trough VOICEMAIL PRO to let an incoming call choose and dial an outgoing number?
for instance,a seller calls from home to the ip office, then "inside" dial a number and calls .
so the call is made by the ip office.
i know,if i want to do this for just one number, the same one .
BUT i want to use the ip office to make calls ,each time to different numbers.
i call the ip office and then i decide to dial anexternal nuber!!!
Create a Module in VMPro that requires a PIN to enter it. Connect the start point to a Menu point with 9????????? and 91????????? touch tones (in the US). Then connect them to a Transfer point that sends the calls to $KEY. When you call the DID associated with the module you will hear a prompt to enter your PIN, then you will hear a prompt(that you record) that says somthing like "You have reached a non-working DID for ABC company, please hang up and call again" (just to fool would be toll bandits), you can then enter 9 ans your number and it will dial away. If you aren't worried about toll fraud, you could leave instructions on how to dial out instead of the phoney "non-working DID" message, but be careful with abuse and change PINs on a regular basis.
