Call from Cisco IP-Phne to Skype-Phone?

hi all,

does anyone know a posibility to make a voip-call from a cisco ip-phone(callmanager) to a skype-phone only over a ip-network?

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
signaling: ip-phone ---> ccm ---> gateway ?( convert mgcp/h323 to skype) ---> skype-phone
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
rtp-stream: ip-phone ---> gateway ? ---> skype-phone
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
