Have a customer with a BCM50 with two issues.
1. When they call forward their calls externally to a cell phone (Nextel) at night the system answers the call, then there's a 5-7 second delay before the customer hears ringing to the cell phone. Now I suppect Nextel is just taking longer these days to complete calls, however the customer insists it didn't take that long in the past.
2. Calls are forwarded to the CallPilot General Delivery Mailbox during lunch, the customer checks the box after lunch but there are no messages. Some time later in the day or even the next day messages finally show up that were left during lunch.
