It may ask you for a section if it doesn't show it all at once. The parameter you are looking for is ANSADV. It will probably be set between 12 and 16 - divide that by the number of rings you currently have... A ring cycle is typically 4 or 5 seconds, but I have had to occasionally adjust up or down from that guideline to get what I want. it seems closer to 4 to me.
You would use CHA-CTIME, (usually) tell it what section you want, and then just press enter slowly until you get to ANSADV and then enter your new number, followed by a ;
