Call forwarding

I have a 6941 telephone the has a prime line ext. 2464. This ext. also appears on 4 other phones. When I CFwdALL the ext. it show on its display the number it forwarded to. The other phone do not show its forwarded. Cisco TAC said it will only show on the phone that is the prime number. I know this use to work in the past but stopped. We had no upgrades. Any suggestions ?
 
I personally have never seen where it displayed on all phones and not just the primary.

In CCM - Select the DN you want to be forwarded, scroll down to "Call Forward and Call Pickup Settings". Find "Forward All" check the box and type the desired destination extension
