Call forwarding 1

Is there any way to create an extension and have it call forward if it is not set up in key 0?
I created a phantom dn and ACD dn however, I was unable to create an XMWK key with this.
I guess what I want is to have the option is seeing when I get a voicemail on my extension which works fine, and to see if I have a voicemail on another mailbox.
I have an Option 11, meridian mail.

You'll need to make the Message Waiting DN (using the MerMail Terminal) a number different than the Phantom number. This is because for XMWK to work, you need an appearance of the Message Waiting DN on the phone somewhere.

So if you had Mailbox 1234, you could create Phantom 1234, then set MerMail Mailbox 1234 to light 2345. Then add DN 2345 to your phone and then the XMWK to 2345

So I have a phantom dn 1234 and a mailbox of 1234, in mermail for 1234 I set the primary dn to be 2345 however it does not do the mailbox for 1234. I did add 2345 on my phone also (2616).
When you say set the message waiting dn, do you do that in mermail where it says primary dn?

The Message Waiting DN is entered separately from the Primary DN and list of DNs the mailbox covers.

The Phantom and the Mailbox Number and the Primary DN in MerMail all need to be the same

Just look at all the fields in the MerMail screen for the mailbox you are working on until you come to Message Waiting DN...there aren't that many to pick from.
