I have a really quick question - i have cfw 16 enabled on a analog 500 set. How does the customer forward their phone?
I thought it was *1 then the phone number. Please help

Go into LD 57.
REQ= PRT
TYPE=FCC
CUST=0
CODE=All
This will print out all of the FCC codes in yoru switch.
Look for CFWA and CFWD

default cfw code for analog set on a M1 is SPRE+74 to forward or cancel.

The default SPRE is 1

So they would do #1+74+9+number
