Call Forwarding

I have a few ext numbers that want to be call forwarded to a voicemail announcement but when you do call foward manually on the phone and on the meridian it does not work even when there is a new VM box

Is this 1 phone or multi phones, do all the ext appear on 1 phone?

Sharon...... Think this way about Menus and Announcements.

For any call that is answered by the mail system: The 'number that was originally dialed' has to match a Voice Service DN (VSDN) – and: that VSDN must reference the Announcement Service or the menu service you want to play.

to for to an announcement the number has to be in the vsdn table... wich is good news, but then the only way to voice mail that number is to use express mail. i have a few that go to a menu, then the menu has an option to leave a msg, that is an express mail to the box
