I have acustomer with a Magix system. The system is connected a PRI. There is also a minimal number of users that have an analog trunk used as a "private line". I set up RCF for the extensions and it will route calls Xferred to these exts, whether it is by the auto attendant or a person; however, when someone calls the private line, it only ends up in voicemail rather than being forwarded. Any idea what I am missing here to make this work?
