Call Forwarding

I am looking to help out a client who would like to have all calls that ring to certain ext transfered directly to a phone outside the system. So my question is, can you do an internal trunk to trunk transfer with a Partner Messaging R1?

Yes R6 and R7 ACS can do it through the switch not the vms
