Call Forwarding

I am new to Nortel products so I was hoping someone could help me out with a problem I'm having with a BCM 400(3.6). The phones that are set to ring will follow the set forward on no answer and busy to voice mail for outside calls as well as internal calls. The office just wants the ringing phones to go to voice mail on internal calls. Is there a way to just get the internal calls to follow the forwarding. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
you do NOT have separate hunt/rollover for internal and external calls
 
If you have the sets ring as members of a hunt group and the calls forward on (example) three rings and the set is set to Forward no answer on four rings you will get most of what you are looking for. As a set can be a member of two hunt groups the line can rollover to a second hunt group and you will get the effect you are looking for.

A set can be a member of two hunt groups, a line can only be a member of one.
