i want to be able to divert from an internal number to multiple speedcalls that point to external numbers. So far i have set up the internal number call forward to an acd path that interflows to the speed call and then dials out. Any ideas?

System type, software version, WHY?

Assuming MCD with External HD licenses: Program your external numbers as EHDU, put these extensions into a Personal Ring Group. Call the DN of the PRG, all the external numbers ring.

Unless you want to allow the caller to choose which external number to be transferred to?

MCD 6
Release 12

How would i call forward these numbers to BT lines?

PRG has a max of 8 members and will also require 8 EDHU licences
Also bear in mind that it will ring all 8 numbers at the same time (ring all)
You might be able to setup group prescence for each EDHU and program them as keys on a phone and then enable/disable as required

Share what you know - Learn what you don't

Create the internal number as a hunt group (no licensing req'd) or as an IP set - Trusted Type (again no Licensing)
Allow 3rd party Call forward in COS of hunt grp or IP set
Use 3rd party call forward codes to forward internal number to speedcall

User Friendly method:
e.g.
Internal number is 2000 (hunt grp or IP set)
Speedcall 3001 dials external number
Speedcall 3002 dials external number
Speedcall 3003 dials external number
Third Party FAC is #11
Speedcall 1*2000 dials #1120003001
Speedcall 2*2000 dials #1120003002
Speedcall 3*2000 dials #1120003003

User simply needs to know which number 1, 2 or 3 to forward to and dial X*2000.

If you are planning to do this please insure you have enought trunks as you would be using one for the incoming call and as many for outgoing as speedcalls you set up.

The beatings will continue until morale improves.

The disadvantage with Hunt Groups is that it only allows 1 call to 1 external user at a time. Ring Group filled with EHDU will give a max of 32 external destinations for 1 call. The Personal ring Group goes up to 8 external users. If only 1 active call is needed for that call then Multi Device Group setup is cheaper. Again 8 external.

@DoubleUT, If you are refering to my suggestion of using a hunt group you do not understand.

The hunt group does not have any members and is forwarded externally. As many times as you like.

@betterservices, you still haven't answered the WHY part of the question.
