call forwarding to mobile phone when station no answer

Please advise how to do programme in MAT works for call forwarding to mobile phone when the station number gets no answer.we are using 2000 ips system here.. when the operator transfers the incoming call to the particular station...if the person not available in room.. that call should be automatically transferred to his mobile phone... please help us in customization in MAT works.

In the MOC mode use CMD E602>ext> 9,1xxx-xxxx EXE to set call forward no answer to an outside number. This is assuming that allowing trunk to trunk assignments are already in place.
EX: (ext 222 and dial 9 to access a trunk)
E602 de 222 de 9,19999999 exe.
