call forwarding to external number

Hello,
I've been searching this site for call forwarding info, but everything I've seen is for MICS systems. I have a CICS (7.1 software) and am not sure whether I can call forward to external numbers using the CICS.

you can. look at line redirection instructions. you have to allow it in terminals and sets to each phone you want to do.

You can use external forward by allowing redirect in Capabilities and using routing instead of line pool access codes
