I am having a problem forwarding to verizon cell phones vs sprint or any other carriers, the result is the cell phone rings 3 times then hangs up, all other cell phones ring normal then my call rolls to the cells voice mail. I have been troubleshooting it from different areas of the city and can forward to verizon in different areas, i am starting to think it is a call type or a specific cell tower. the pbx is an 81c 3.0. Any one have this issue before?

Call forwarding to different cell providers

yes and it has to do with the software rls on their switch, not yours.. all you can do is reroute your call to a location that does have the patchload they need at version. of course that would only help on a larger network.. usually you can route it out as a ld and get the local cell.. (that one doesn't make sense but i have seen to work) you can call the 7 digit, but have to forward to the 10.. next time i had the problem nothing worked
