Call Forwarding to ACD

All of a sudden a forwarded call to a specific ACD DN will not play the announcement or selections from the meridian mail voice services. I can dial the DN and it plays, but forwarding any phone to this DN sends it to voicemail. The set that is primarily used to forward does not have voicemail so the message states this. Any help is appreciated.
 
You will need to add the DN of the forwarded set to the VSDN table and apply the announcement.
Meridian Mail (like CallPilot) treats the call based on the number that was dialed, not the number it was forwarded to.
