Call Forwarding to a cell during lunch. 1

Will the procedure below work on an incoming line that gets immediately answered by the Auto Attendant? The system is Hybrid with loop start CO lines appearing on the console.

You would dial #33 then 9(to get outside line), then the desired number, then # again.
For instance, #33 9 1 xxx-xxx-xxxx#

No - it would not - because you would be forwarding the specific extention - not a specific line. Plus the extention would first have to be authorized for remote forwarding - which it probably is not.

What you could do - is forward an extention that a caller selects to transfer to - or even the operator phone to a cellphone number, i.e., when they press 0. However - you would need to program the actual operator extention number as both the Call Answer Svc Operator under System Parameters - and also as the Dial Zero/Time-out action.

That's interesting, because the "O" out for "immediate help" is extension 310 which is the operator console, then it could forward, if the forward button was active, to a cell phone assuming that extension (310) was allowed " transfer off net”.

Do I have it right?

Yes - you would have to authorize ext 310 for remote forward and trunk-to-trunk transfer under extention programming, put a forward button on it and forward the phone to the cellphone - then if they press o out of the AA - it will ring 310 and forward to the cell - until they take forwarding off.
