Call forwarding through software changes

I am trying to call forward a 500 set through the use of software so I dont have to be on site to do this. The only problem is the switch wont let me. I am running succession 3.0 . Any suggestions?

unless you have disa and rcfw set up, you need to be on site. you can add fdn xxxx cls fna, that forwards after three rings (rco=3) or out the set and put it back in as a forward only dn.. ld 23 new acd 0 1234 maxp 1 ncfw 5678, that would make the vacant number 1234 forward (hard) to 5678, no rings just a forward
