I have a SX2K system a group of about 8-10 phones have two seperate hunt groups appearing on the phones, all of them have the same COS/COR One has 4 Members the other has 6 I believe, They forward one hunt groups to their Cell when out of the office, (using the feature Codes they turn it off/on) but the other Hunt group, they don't for whatever reason, if the 2nd call comes in they want to forward the call to the main Number which in turn goes out to the Cell, I have put in a call re-rout 1st Alt to a system speed call which does Go but takes, 8-10 rings before it forwards, they would like it quicker, is there something easier ?

Hi,

You need to change the call forward no answer timer within the class of service of the extensions in the hunt group.

3 seconds is 1 ring so if you set this to 12 this should give you 4 rings then divert to the cell.

I believe right now it's set to 20 Seconds, so it's about 6-7 rings. . . I explained to them the the that the COS controls how the indivual phones and if you change one it will change the behavior of both hunt groups. thats for the info they will be back to me with how many rings they want,
