Call Forwarding on Phantom Number 2

I am here again to get some guidance fro you all as I am new to Avaya Platform.

I am trying to configure call forwarding on a phantom number but I could not do that.

I want the calls to be forwarded on 5678 for the above phantom number.

Please guide me how to achieve this.

You need in CLS FNA instead of FND

I have changed the CLS to FNA from FND, but still getting the same error.

If I am not mistaken Type 500 is a Phantom Number. Please find the detail

Type 500 is just an analog, has nothing to do with Phantom's. Phantom loops need created. You cant just pick a TN and call it a 500 and it be a phantom.

I got your point.

SO If I have to look for the Unused Phantom Numbers in CS1000 device, how should I do it so that I will configure a new one.

I was doing this to find out the unused Phantom Numbers :

Type : 500


Am I right when I do this ?

Go into LD 97 and print out your SUPL, you'll see what is listed as PHANTOM in the virtual loops section
