Client would like to send calls to the receptionist to another office for staff meetings and if the office closes early. There are a total of 5 systems connected via C-lan and IP media, calling system to system works great, but if they try to forward a call from one to another it is denied. I have been through their features in customer options Cvg of calls redirected off net is NO. COS allows trunk to trunk transfer and call forward off net. Any ideas on how to make it forward?
