Hello all,

I have a customer on an IPO 500v2 that I programmed a button "FWD to..." that sets the Hunt Group out of service to a phantom extension that is forwared unconditional to their other location.

Doing it this way is sending the CID info of the Forwarded location, and not of the caller.

Is there a better way to Forward off-site on Analog Trunks and send the originating callers CID Info?

Thank you

Can't be done with analog POTS lines, the caller id is that of the line used for the outgoing call.

Add a SIP trunk and use it for outbound forwarding?

TouchToneTommy: Didn't think so - thank you for confirming and good idea on the SIP.
