Call Forwarding on a Nostar Plus compact ICS

Trying to setup when a call comes in to have it ring in the office and forward to an external number. Is it able to do that and if it is should it be setup as call forwarding or line redirection? Also can it be turned off externally as well?

It depends on the software version. You can use line redirection or telco call forwarding if you have that feature

4.1 or above required for External Forwarding
I think via call pilot you can cancel it but not turn it back on.

The carriers feature works best....they might even have the feature already.
