Call Forwarding on a Collective Hunt Group?

I have set up one MAIN hunt group which has collective ringing. The aim is to be able to easily forward calls from this hunt group to a mobile number which can vary.

I am aware that you can only forward hunt group calls when sequential or rotary ring modes are selected so I have created a second hunt group called CFWD which has sequential ringing and only one user. I have set the system so that when *20*200# is pressed this puts the system into night service (the CFWD hunt group) which is then going to forward to the mobile.

The issue is we do not want that night service hunt group to only forward to one pre programmed mobile number. How can we configure the system so that we can then change the mobile it goes to. I was thinking when the hunt group is in night service they could then press *07*(the mobile number) then hash.

I haven't tested any of this so please could someone let me know if this will work or if there is another way to forward calls from a collective hunt group.

*07 to set the forwarding number needs to be done from the extension being forwarded. If you've used a phantom user for forwarding, you could make it a hotdesk user, log into it, set the forwarding number, then log back out. You can make a shortcode that is easier than *35*(Ext No)*(password)# for logging in.

Or, you could pick a physical extension, and put a call forward button and a night service button on it.
 
Are they cheapskates and using analogue phones? It's quite easy with a DIG/IP phone and 2 button presses, 1 button sets night service and 2nd button is "Call forwarding All" which prompts for the number to forward to and shows the last :)
