Call Forwarding On a BCM

I have a customer with a BCM1000 version 3.7 sw. They want to forward their incoming calls to another number. Other than using *72 on the main line, is there a way to forward all calls on all lines to another number using the switch?

If all those lines ring on one phone, you can forward that phone out to another external number.

browse over FAQ's I know that we have all answered this question more times then I can remember...

All lines need to appear on the prime phone and that is the one you can call forward, you also need line redirect turned on.
