Call forwarding off Network

What are the dangers of call forwarding off network? We have a sales manager who will be traveling internationally; is there a possibility of toll fraud? I'm not even sure it will work internationally. Thanks I'm a little dumb on this subject.

There is always a chance of toll fraud whenever you set your system to be able to forward calls off site. However, there are ways to reduce those risks by using Class of Restriction features, but like I said there's still a risk.

Hi Mojo, On page 2 I see you can block collect calls specifically from Brazil; is there a way of blocking all collect calls? Also is there any restrictions I should set on the called or calling party?
