How do i go about Call Forwarding off net?

As Tommy said:

1. Set Loop Start Reliable Disconnect to Yes. Sys Program, Start, LinesTrunks, TT/LS Disc, LS Disconnect, Yes

2. Allow Trunk to Trunk Transfer. Sys Program, Start, Extensions, More, More, TrkTransfer, then enter the extension that needs this ability.

3. Allow Remote Call Forward. Sys Program, Start, Extension, More, Remote Frwd, RCF Extensions, then enter the extension that needs this ability.

To forward your phone, you can manually press the [FEATURE] button, then dial 33. To program as a button, use *33 while the phone is in program mode.

I recommend browsing through support.avaya.com and finding the manual for your switch. This stuff is spelled out in even greater detail.
