Hello,
I have DID VDN ‘A’ setup in CM, it has a call flow and options to transfer to external number B.
When I dial the VDN A, choose options it routes properly to external number B without any issues.
But, I have an other external number C, which is having call forwarding to DID VDN ‘A’. When I dial external number C, and when I pick options it gives silent and disconnects. It’s not transferring to external number ‘B’.
What would be the solution to avoid disconnecting.Any other solutions ?
