Hi all,

I am trying to activate call forwarding all on a NEC phone that is from the DT800 series, but I do not see the option in the phone.
Does this need to be activated in the NEC9300 pbx?
If so, might someone have the commands to program it so it can be activated and deactivated?
I have been looking at a few docs, but not sure if I have the right instructions

Thank you in advance

it gets activated in the pbx by the phone or maintenance software. To set it by the phone you have to know the codes assigned to the forward options. Then the phone which you are setting the forward for must be in a class of service that is allowed to use the forward feature.

Most likely those are already set. You will need to dig through the numbering plan to find the codes if it is not documented at the site. Each site on a NEC system is a custom numbering plan so what works at one location may not at another.

This can also be set as a key on Dterms and the advantage to this is that you can see when it is active. If your phone does not have these keys set (there are different options so you can for example have a key for call forward all and a key for call forward busy etc) you need to assign them in Cmd 9000.
