Call forwarding issue

I have a client who has their phone forwarded to their cell. I would like to set it to ring twice at the desk and then forward to the cell phone. The phone rings twice, forwards to the cell, but the cell only rings once and then goes to voicemail. Any ideas?

Post a print of the station in question, so we can see what is programmed. Then we can make further suggestions...

How long does the cell ring before going to voice mail if it is called directly?

If it's just a ring or two, then it sounds like an adjustment needs to be made to the cell phone voice mail transfer setting.
