We have two systems. SL100 for POTS phones and CS1000 for VOIP.

This issue is when a user forwards their cell phone to their work number.

When a user forwards their cell phone number to their number on the SL100 it goes to their work voice mail as it should.

However, when a user forwards their cell phone number to their number on the CS1000 (VOIP) number it does not work. It says the number does not subscribe to this service. For some reason its hanging on to the cell phone number when its getting forwarded to CallPilot.

So, I'm not sure why its working on the SL100 side and not the CS1000 side when both are using the same voice mail system (CallPilot)

Any suggestions on what might be going on here?

forwrding to an anaolg will not carry the dch detail to the the set without class modem cards.. so without that information the cp sees just the analog dn.. mail works perfect..

test again... LISTEN to the lady in the box.. she should be saying the person at ext xxx xxxx does not subscribe, with x=to the 7 digit of the called ext.(not the cell phone). we had that here as well.. all i did was add the 7 digit did as an ext dn to all 1800 mailboxes and the problem was solved..

the problem was from one ip provider as well as one cell phone provider

Thanks! It worked. Adding the xxx-xxxx to CallPilot worked.

Thanks again.
