Call forwarding isn't updating when an agent logs in

One of are sites has an Option 81c and Symposium 4.2. We use phntom extensions so agents can move around and still get calls. But when an agent logs in, it doesn't update the FTR CFW when you print the TNB. All calls go to voicemail. This is setup and working in two of are site.
 
1. Make sure you have HTA and FNA in the CLS of the phantom TN.
2. Don't enter that DN into the agent's Symposium profile until you have configured the TN on the PBX. If you did do that, here is the fix: build the TN, open the agent profile and remove the DN, save the profile, go back in and put the DN back in, save again.
