Call forwarding if the Reception phone is busy

Dear Guys,

We have one Panasonic KXTDA100TDA PBX.If the reception phone is busy the call automatically forward to another Extension .How can i change this one.If reception phone is busy no need to forward calls to other extensions.Please help me.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Depends on if the call is going straight to the phone or through a group
Look an intercept on extensions or delayed ring in groups
