Morning. Trying to forward and extension to a outside line but not working. Using the call forward no answer and using the *54 feature to program and *55 feature to forward. When the part that says change, clear or turn on/off appears, press turn on with the soft key but don't work. Need assistance.

Try forwarding to a speedcall with Toll Control override selected.
Your trunks are probably restricted.
Also the above applies to a 3300.
