Our user did it this way - I know it is an old thread but might help someone

Created an abrv-dial on your system list so you can add it as a button to your phones (abrv-dial list 2 dc:79)
refer the abrv-dial to the feature access code - abbreviated dialing list1 access code (ours is *54) and the location in the List 1 (199) then your outbound digit (9) then the full number (eg*54199907912312312)
In your abbreviated dialing enhanced 1 in your chosen location (199) add the Extended call forward activate code (ours is *87) followed by the virtual station (1000) then # then the station pass code (1234) (eg *871000#1234#)

Removal would be the same but in reverse for with the deactivation (#871000#1234#)
