Hello All,

I need to forward a DN to our Callpilot voice messaging system.
I've setup an ACD ext 579 and I NCFW that extension to 7000 (Callpilot voice messaging service.
When I am calling in from the outside and I press extension 579, it gets routed to 7000, however I get the message stating that the ext 579 does not subscribe to this service.

Am I missing something?

Regards

Once you have directed 579 to voice mail, you will need to create a new voice mail box with that number, or point it to an auto attendant within application builder.

build it as a phantom with dn 579 and make sure it has a mailbox.

So you can get the calls into the mailbox when testing internally?

Could you post ACD 579 programming.

Do the inbound calls go to an auto-attendant and then through dial?

There could be quite a few reasons why the calls are not terminating at the voicemail system. The more info the better.

Thank you all for the suuport.

What I had to do to get this to work was to create a new Service Directory Number in Callpilot and then point the Application Name to Voice Messaging and then all tested ok.

Thanks again

Thank you all for the support,

To get this to work, I had to create a SDN in Callpilot and then associate the Application Name to Voice Messaging. After that, all worked fine.

Thanks again everyone.

Howdy. I need help on how to program a D-channel to
be shared with 2 PRIs. Can it be shared with more than
two? If I already have a back-up D, how does that get
get shared too? Thanks for any support here.
