Call forwarding CO line on users phone

I have an IP office R9 ( I'm new to IP office) with approximatly 40 phones each phone has 1-2 analog CO lines terminating as a seperate line appearance on each phone, all of which are answered by the attendant , 1 user would like to forward their co line to the attendant which is not working, I did search this site prior to my post but didn't really find what I was looking for.

How many analog lines?
trying to use an IPO like this is just plain evil.
Do yourself & your customer a favour & teach them how a PBX shoud work for them instead of them having to work for it
(Incoming call routes, hunt groups etc) and if at all possible migrate them to ISDN or SIP with DDI working.


A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
