Question 1:
"Restrict Call Fwd-Off Net" is set to "n" for a few COS in my COS table. Does forwarding off the net override any blocked route patterns found in the ARS Analysis table?

Question 2:
If a user is allowed Console Permissions, can they enable call forwarding for an extension that has "restrict call Fwrd-off Net" set to "y"?

Thanks!

ARS is always followed for call forwarding. Calls cannot be call forwarded to destinations that are denied (for example) or for which the station has no permission to call.

Stations with console permissions are denied when they attempt to create a call forward for a station which is restricted. (Either by COR or by COS.)
