Call Forwarding and Auto Attendant problems

Hello everyone,

I am working on a third (and final) Intuity Audix system with Merlin for a school district and someone (I think Lucent) set it up a little different from the others.

There are three stations (the main console-x110 and two others, x-112 and x-123) which ALL ring at the same time when called. When anyone calls all three show TRK803 plus the calling number in their display. On both day service and night service, the main menu does not play at all. If a call is not picked up within the set number of rings (I have it set as four at this time) it goes to the voice mail box for x-112 only.

No matter what I try I cannot see any indication that call forwarding or follow-me is on using the main console (x-110) or at either of the others (like x-112). I cannot find the original docs for this particular installation so I cannot see how this was setup in the first place so I do not know which way to pursue it.

What I want to do is to change it so that they now go to the regular main menu (day or night service) and then goes to the main console (operator at x-110) when in day service or to the general mailbox (9999) when in night service. I have the menus setup and recorded but it does not seem to work as expected.

I anyone can simply point me in the right direction I think I might be able to find it from there. I am thinking that this could have to do with hunt group setup, bridging, vectors or many more features I am not yet familiar with. I have the full documentation for the Audix and Merlin systems at the other schools, just nothing about how this particular one was setup and configured.

In addition, there is nobody of a technical nature available to answer questions about what they asked for at the time it was installed (many eons ago).

Any help would be appreciated. I have found the general ability of the people on this forum to be quite excellent in the past and have high hopes.
