Hello - Call Forwarding After Specific Number of Rings on the office phone. There doesn't seem to be a setting for this in the CCM or the 7965 phone itself.

There is. System wide is under system parameters and the call manager service and on the phone it under the line configuration the entry:
No Answer Ring Duration (seconds)
