Call forwarding a PRI

I have a BCM 400 with a PRI, They want to forward all calls to the main number to another number outside the BCM. I tried to use call forward, but when I try to insert a 9 it say's invalid number.

What type of foward are you using Feature 4 or Feature 81?

Is it a 3.6 System?

If it is a 3.6 system if the main number is a target line you can use the redirect feature at the bottom of the target line.

If you need to switch it on and off at the extension. Make sure you have the set allow redirect for the extension.

Turn on "Allow Redirect" on the phone set you want to forward under capabilities for that set - that should allow you to use Feature 4, and forward to a external number.
