Looking for programming assistance for call forwarding to a TN in France from NNPA 403 over the PSTN. Switch is a new Norstar BCM400. All call forwards work to North American destinations but not to an overseas destination. (We will use the IP capabilities of the platform once once a fibre Internet access is installed in about a months time but need to get this PSTN connection working in the mean time). - THANKS!
