Call Forwarded Voice Mail Pickup

I have a 0x32 w/ 7.1 software. I forwarded one extension to another. However the Call Pilot 150 voice mail picks up on the original extension dialed and not the extension forwarded to. Is there a setting to change this?

No it does this by design.

Work around is to put an appear and ring answer DN of the forwarding phone onto the phone you want to forward to. As long as the CFNA of the forwarded to phone is shorter than the CFNA of the forwarding phone, it will work as you want.

What if i clear the CFNA of the forwading phone and delete the mailbox of the forwarding phone?
