call forward

I had a customer request to call forward their cell phone INTO their BCM call pilot mailbox
i've done it the other way around, but never inbound into their BCM mailbox
they front the business with a Auto Attendant
she said they did it on her last job and it was the same sets on their desks
never heard of doing this
is it possible?

I would have to say off the bat that the transferred call was probably transferring the mobiles CLID instead of the original callers, if so then you would use the CLID Routing table to tell their mobile number to go to the mailbox.

You can also do this from any mobile phone given that the business line/s is full AA:

Forward to this string: XXX-XXX-XXXX,,*XXX
That equals:
10 digit phone number > two pauses > star command to go to mailbox direct > mailbox number

that must be what she's talking about
i've never had a customer that wanted to do that...
usually they want they desk phone or voicemail to mail out to their cell and use that voicemail
