Call Forward

I am setting up a Receptionist desk. I would like if she does not pickup, to have to call forward to her backup, if no one pickup again, then go to receptionist voicemail. I am using option 11 and Merlidian mail.

Currently I try using FDN function and it successfully forward the call to sencond ext but it keep ringing and never go to voicemail.

Any suggestion, Thanks.
 
If you know your Mermail DN, then make sure it is in your FDN and HUNT field. Your CLS should have MWA FNA HTA SFA for your voice mail.
 
the backup phone needs sfa in cls and fna plus fdn to mail

Thank you everyone. I just added cls: sfa on the backup ext. It work fine now.
