hi guys, question, when forwarding a call from a external person to another external person, how do i display the originall caller, its funny right now only the last 4 digits are the displayed from the original caller, the prefix and area code are the same from the phone, anyway, please help..i have checked boxed all the options on the call forward setup under the line appearence, anywhere else...thanks

Try this, populate the field External Phone Number Mask:
NPA-NXX-XXXX ie 610325xxxx...The xxxx will take the 4 digit DN
