Call forward ?

Hello all-
I have a customer that described the following scenario to me regarding remote call fwd on a R7 ACS & R7 Messaging. I have never heard of this but maybe someone has.
The lines were equipped with all of the call fwd & 3 way features from Bell South (cust was in So. Fla.)
When a call came in it hit the Auto Attd & when the caller selected the ext they wanted the call would be forwarded to a cell phone by means of a switchook flash on the line & not use up a second line. The cust did say that this was not a user changeable feature so each user had to decide whether they wanted their calls to go to their ext or be call fwd. He also said he spoke to Avaya tech support re: this and they said yes it could wk . Any ideas???

Russ- Thank you for your info. I am assuming that each user that wants calls to go directly to a cell or other number would have to have their own selector code for their ext?
 
That's if they are routing calls through the auto attn then yes they would but it will only let you have selector codes 1-9 in each menu. by your post I'm assuming that's what they have set up, the other way is for cell from a T1.
