call forward your ext. from remote location

hello guys
i have a customer who wants to call foward her calls to her cell phone , only problem is she whats to do it from her house
only thing i can think of is : forward from the tel
or dial into system and change cov. path to ro xxxx
any help or ideas would be appeciated

Hardware platform? Definity / CM software version?

xmobile / EC500 is ideal for this.

telecommuter access and changing active cover option


remote-access DID then barrier code with COS that has console permissions can remotely call forward stations in the switch.

use telecommuter access and call forward.. no need to change active cover option.
should be at least CM2 and up
setup...
1. change telecommuter and assign DID/DDI
2. Make sure user station security code is set.

End user instructions...
To ENTER or CANCEL your Call Forward telephone number
1. Dial the Telecommuting Access Number
2. Wait for Dial Tone
3. Dial the Feature Access Code for Extended Call Forward
a. Feature Access Code to ACTIVATE <here> or
b. Feature Access Code to DEACTIVATE <here>4. Next you will get a DIAL TONE
5. Dial your Extension Number followed by the # sign
6. Dial the Security Code given to you followed by the # sign
a. STOP HERE ... if you are DEACTIVATING
7. Dial the desired telephone number, starting with the digit 9 (assuming this is for a destination outside of the office)
8. If you completed this successfully, YOU will hear a Confirmation Tone (Beep, Beep, Beep)
