My customer has a Partner V7 and he says when calls are call forwarded through is station to his cell ...he cannot hear the caller. Is this common?
Thanks

I've seen it happen. Anytime a voice call comes in on one POTS line and out on another POTS line, there can be voice loss. Call forwarding using analog lines isn't great (unless Centrex is being used). I have customers using this, but I always warn them that they may lose voice quality.

Hi quantumleapcomm19,
Yes, this is common. It doesn't matter what phone system you are using. The line loss is due to the pots line X 2. Even going in and out on a PRI, then to a pots line as a target can cause you grief.
